How to open, extract and enjoy your purchased files.

Bundles and albums arrive as a .zip file. Extract it first to access your files.

🪟 Windows
  1. Find the .zip in Downloads.
  2. Right-click → Extract All…
  3. Choose a folder, hit Extract.
🍎 Mac
  1. Double-click the .zip file.
  2. macOS extracts it automatically — a new folder appears next to it.
📱 iPhone / iPad
  1. Open Files app → Downloads.
  2. Tap the .zip — a folder is created automatically.
Can't find it? In Safari, tap the Aa or ↓ icon to see downloads.
🤖 Android
  1. Open Files app → Downloads.
  2. Tap the .zip → Extract.

Once extracted, your audio files are ready to play.

🪟 Windows
  1. Double-click any audio file to play it.
  2. Drag files into VLC, Windows Media Player, or your preferred app to organise.
🍎 Mac
  1. Drag files into Apple Music or double-click to play.
  2. Syncs across Apple devices with iCloud Music Library.
📱 iPhone / iPad
  1. Easiest: add to Apple Music on a computer — syncs automatically.
  2. Or use VLC or Documents by Readdle to play locally.
🤖 Android
  1. Tap the download link in Chrome — saves to Downloads.
  2. Most music apps detect new audio files automatically.

Books arrive as PDF, EPUB, or both. Most devices open them natively.

🪟 Windows
  1. Double-click — PDFs open in Edge by default.
  2. For EPUBs, grab Calibre (free).
Tip: Calibre also converts between formats and organises your library.
🍎 Mac
  1. Double-click to open in Preview (PDF) or Apple Books (EPUB).
  2. Drag into Apple Books to sync across devices.
📱 iPhone / iPad
  1. Tap the download link in Safari.
  2. Tap the file → "Open in Books".
🤖 Android
  1. Tap the download link in Chrome.
  2. Open with Google Play Books or any reader app.

Want your tracks in a specific app? Tap the one you use.

Apple MusicMac, Windows, iPhone & iPad
Mac
  1. Open Apple MusicFile → Import… (or drag files in).
  2. Tracks appear in Recently Added.
  3. Turn on Sync Library to access everywhere.
Windows
  1. Open iTunesFile → Add File to Library…
  2. Select your files and click Open.
iPhone / iPad
  1. Add files on your Mac or PC first (above).
  2. With Sync Library on (Settings → Music), they appear automatically.
No computer? Download the file, tap share, look for "Open in Music".
SpotifyDesktop app required — then syncs to mobile
Desktop (do this first)
  1. Open the Spotify desktop app (not web player).
  2. Settings → Local Files → toggle on.
  3. Click Add a Source, select your music folder.
  4. Files appear under Library → Local Files.
  5. Add to a playlist — required for mobile sync.
Mobile
  1. Settings → Local Files → enable.
  2. Same Wi-Fi as your computer.
  3. Open the playlist, tap download.
Heads up: Premium required for mobile sync. Use MP3 or M4A — FLAC/WAV aren't supported.
YouTube MusicFree uploads — streams on any device
Upload (browser)
  1. Go to music.youtube.com.
  2. Profile pic → Upload music.
  3. Select your files (MP3, M4A, FLAC, OGG).
Listen
  1. YouTube Music app → Library → Uploads.
  2. Available on any device with your Google account.
Good to know: Works with free accounts — no Premium needed.
SoundCloudUpload to your profile — set private if personal
  1. Go to soundcloud.com, sign in.
  2. Upload → drag files in.
  3. Set to Private if just for you.
  4. Access from the app on any device.
Note: Free accounts have limited upload time. YouTube Music or VLC may be simpler for personal listening.
VLCFree, plays every format, every device
Desktop
  1. Download from videolan.org.
  2. Drag files onto VLC or Media → Open File.
  3. Plays MP3, FLAC, WAV, OGG, AAC — everything.
Mobile
  1. Install VLC from App Store / Google Play (free).
  2. It detects audio files, or browse via the built-in file browser.
  3. On iOS, share files to VLC from the Files app.
